Pre‑Painted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
PPGI is pre-painted galvanized steel made from hot-dip galvanized steel coil substrate. It undergoes surface pretreatment, roll coating with liquid coatings (polyester, silicon modified polyester, etc.), and baking. Features excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and aesthetic appeal. Top paint thickness: 10-25μm; back paint: 5-20μm.
