Orders & Quotations

All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices may vary based on market conditions.

Products & Specifications

Product specifications, tolerances, and standards are based on the applicable international norms (ASTM, EN, JIS, GB) and mill test certificates provided with each order. In case of conflict, the signed sales contract prevails.

Payment & Delivery

Payment terms (T/T, L/C, etc.) and delivery terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.) are agreed per contract. Risk of loss passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and data, is the property of our company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the goods concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation, or otherwise submitted to the competent court of Shanghai.
