Pre‑painted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)

Color coated coils are manufactured using galvanized or galvalume sheets as substrates. The process involves surface pretreatment, coating with one or more layers of paint (PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF), and baking/cooling. Available in various grades such as Q195, Q235, SGCC, DX51D, etc., with hardness options including Soft, Half Hard, and Hard. Surface finishes include wooden, stone, high glossy, film, wrinkled, embossed, and camouflage patterns.
