20CrMnMo is a high-strength alloy steel with excellent thermal processing performance. After carburizing, it exhibits high flexural strength and wear resistance. It offers good mechanical properties and low-temperature impact toughness after quenching and tempering. It is commonly used for manufacturing critical carburizing parts such as gears and camshafts that require high surface hardness and wear resistance. Note: Weldability is poor; pre-heating and post-weld tempering are required.
