4J36 Invar (also known as Invar 36) is a low expansion alloy consisting of approximately 36% Nickel and the balance Iron. It exhibits extremely low thermal expansion around ambient temperatures, providing high dimensional stability. Common forms include pipe, tube, sheet, plate, round bar, forging stock, and wire.
