A240 317LMN Stainless Steel Sheet
Alloy 317LMN (UNS S31726) is an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel with corrosion resistance superior to 316L and 317L. The higher molybdenum content, combined with nitrogen addition, provides enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in acidic chloride environments. It has a higher yield strength than 317L due to nitrogen strengthening and can be used in the as-welded condition.
